Errata: No data loss or anomalies reported

WMF traffic logging service suffered from server capacity problems from Nov 2009 till July 2010 and again in Aug/Sep/Oct 2011.
Data loss only occurred during peak hours. It therefore may have had somewhat different impact for traffic from different parts of the world.
