Firefox:
- menu File-> option Page Setup
- Check ‘Print Background’
- Specify shrinking percentage to fit unto paper (option ‘shrink to fit’ will not work here)
(A4->43% but one size larger than A4/Letter would be more comfortable for reading)
- Set all margins to 0
- Set all headers and footers to blank
- Verify settings with Print Preview / Adjust shrink percentage as needed
