Regions where a language gained presence only by a recent diaspora are generally not included. Region codes: AF:Africa, AS:Asia, EU:Europe, NA:North America, OC:Oceania, SA:South America, W:World Wide, CL:Constructed Language Localization level: The localization score expresses in a number between 0 and 100 how complete the localization for a given language is on translatewiki.net. It is a weighted average of the completeness levels for different categories of messages. For details see the script. Percentages: percentage anonymous edits is calculated as percentage of manual edits (= total edits - bot edits). See below for explanation of other percentages. x% shows which fraction of the current total results from last year's activity.
y% shows the same growth figure, but now as a percentual increase over last year's figure.
Both percentages have been rounded to integers.

Example:
The total number of articles has increased in a year from 80,000 to 100,000 =>
Equivalent statements are:
- 20% of the current articles has been added last year.
- The current number of articles is 125% as large as a year ago.
- The number of articles has grown by 25% in a year.
This will be shown as 20% | +25%
